18 Hole Putting Green
Join us for a day like no other. We will be hosting our first annual Putting for
Miracles event, Saturday, September 23, at the 18-hole putting green in the World
Golf Village Hall of Fame. Come out support a good cause all while playing putt
putt like you have never played before!
Each of the holes will have a sponsor, and will provide a unique theme for the hole.
You might putt using a telephone receiver as a club from the office of an insurance
agent. You may have to putt around, under, or through a living room from the real
estate sponsored hole. Or you have to complete the hole while sitting on and putting
from a toilet on the plumber sponsored hole.
Teams of four players will putt their way through the unique course. Individual players
will put into teams. One player will be designated as the team captain, and will
provide a name for the team. Your captain will also draw at tournament for starting
order and will be responsible for all communications. He/She will also determine
the order in which each member will putt. At the end of the course, each team will
vote on Most Creative Hole. Included with each golfer entry will be one (1) ticket
to the Banquet/Dinner later on in the evening where we will announce winners of the
tournament as well as prizes for sponsor holes which may include Most Creative, Most
Difficult, Best Hole, etc.
All proceeds go to fund our therapy programs.
