2011 marked our 2nd year for the Birdies for Charity fundraising campaign. This year
was even better than the one before. We did so well, the PGA decided to highlight
HHR in a special video, which only touches on some of the miracles we have seen,
or shall we say "heard".
Lori is one of our therapy patients that suffered a spinal cord injury as an adult.
She is paralyzed from the belly button down. She came as part of the Brooks Rehabilitation
Adaptive Sports Program. She wanted to start taking lessons. Her ultimate goal, her
dream, was to go out on a trail ride. This is a video diary of her journey to fulfill
her dream.
